The "heart" of LED lighting is comprised of a higher brightness LED, the appropriate aluminium die-cast housing with a 90 degree lens, metal core PCB, and LED Driver. Using a pick and place robot, we attach the LEDs to the MCPCB. After that, we use heat shrink paste and a bolt to secure the PCB in a die-cast casing. Before packing, we attach the led driver to the PCB and turn it on for 24 hours.
