Rayna Industries manufactures Clean Room Lights at our own facility in Ahmedabad — recessed panel fixtures built for clean rooms and other controlled environment facilities where control of particulate contamination is critical. - Bottom Opening Clean Room Light — Flag Clamp & Skeleton types, 24W to 45W, serviced from below the ceiling.
- Top Opening Clean Room Light — 24W to 45W, serviced from the plenum side, keeping the room-facing surface sealed.
Top Opening or Bottom Opening?
The choice comes down to how the fixture gets serviced. Bottom Opening lets maintenance staff access and open the fixture from inside the room — quicker for routine servicing, but briefly exposes the room-side opening. Top Opening keeps the room-facing surface completely sealed at all times, with all servicing done from above the ceiling — the stricter choice where the clean room floor shouldn't be disturbed at all.
Sizes, Build and Warranty
Both ranges come in 1x1 (24W) and 2x2 (45W) sizes to match standard clean room ceiling grids, with LEDs rated at 120 lm/W efficacy, CRI 80 or 90, and colour temperatures from 3000K to 6000K. Regular units use a powder coated frame, with stainless steel frame, toughened glass and pressure plates available on request to meet clean room norms. Backed by up to 60 months warranty.
