Installing LED panel lights typically involves two step. First step is to make a cutout of appropriate size in a false cealling than connect phase and nutral wire to led driver. Now in a second step pull the spring and put the light in a cutout. It's important to follow the manufacturer's instructions and to consult with a qualified electrician.
