LED Linear Blade Light Manufacturer in India
Rayna Industries manufactures recessed linear COB fixtures at our own facility in Ahmedabad. A linear blade puts several small COB heads in one bar, so instead of a round pool of light it gives a continuous line — which is what a counter, a corridor or a display run actually needs.
Our Blade series comes in 12W and 18W. Both take a 45mm wide slot and both are only 47mm deep; only the length changes, from 121mm to 197mm.
Where a linear fixture works better than a round one
Over anything long. A kitchen counter, a reception desk, a display shelf, a corridor — a round downlight lights the middle and leaves the ends dim, while a linear bar covers the whole length evenly.
It also suits ceilings with strong straight lines. Where a round COB downlight sits as a dot in the ceiling, a blade reads as part of the architecture.
Planning the cut-out
The slot stays 45mm wide at both wattages, so a run is easy to mark: one straight line across the ceiling, and the two lengths can be mixed along it without the width ever changing. At 47mm deep, the Blade fits gypsum ceilings with very little space above them.
Beam angles
Available in 15°, 25°, 38° and 60°. Narrow angles keep a tight band of light on a counter or a display; wider angles spread it across the floor. Because each head is separately reflected, the line stays even at any angle.
Build and warranty
LM80 certified LEDs, a BIS approved driver with built-in PFC and up to 4kV surge protection, and a powder-coated aluminium die-cast housing. Colour temperatures 3000K to 6000K, CRI 80 or 90, in black or white. Available in Economy and Premium build, with warranty up to 60 months.
